Town of Plattsburgh 2027 Tentative Budget Public Meeting held October 17, 2026 at 8:00 AM. Introduction from Supervisor Kostyk. I want to thank Jennifer Whitney (Budget Officer / Finance Manager) for her first solo budget. We appreciate her effort during a challenging year. Thanks also to each department head who committed to the zero-based budget approach. There’s more accountability in that approach than just adding a percentage increase to last year’s budget.
