Request for Proposals (RFP)
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Plattsburgh, New York, County of Clinton is issuing a request for proposals for qualified vendors having experience in providing avenue banners for our Hometown Heroes program.
The Proposals must be submitted sealed with the submittal title of Hometown Heroes Vendor to the Town Clerk of the Town of Plattsburgh, 151 Banker Road, Plattsburgh, NY 12901 no later than 2:00 PM on Monday December 7, 2026. One physical and one emailed copy is required. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
