Town of Plattsburgh Announces Cancellation of Off-Site Town Board Work Session
Plattsburgh, NY – The Town of Plattsburgh Town Board, which conducts its regularly scheduled meetings on Thursdays at the Town Hall located at 151 Banker Road, Plattsburgh, NY 12901, announces that the previously scheduled off-site Town Board Work Session planned for Thursday, May 14, 2026 at the Cumberland Head Fire Station has been canceled due to unforeseen circumstances related to Board quorum availability.
The canceled meeting was part of the Town Board’s ongoing effort to host Work Sessions at local fire departments throughout the community in order to encourage accessibility and community engagement.

The Town of Plattsburgh remains committed to fostering open dialogue, strengthening community partnerships, and ensuring residents have meaningful access to their local government. Future off-site Work Sessions will be announced at a later date.
The next regularly scheduled Town Board meeting will take place on Thursday, May 21, 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Town of Plattsburgh Town Hall.
